Our story
For over 15 years, our team has worked in the trenches of enterprise warehouse management. We've implemented and supported warehouse management systems that handle more than a hundred thousand items, hundreds of thousands of locations, and billions of dollars in inventory.
But we kept seeing the same problem: the warehouses that needed help the most, small and mid-sized operations with 3 to 30 team members, couldn't access these tools. Enterprise solutions were too expensive, too complex, and required dedicated IT teams to maintain.
These warehouses were stuck with spreadsheets, paper count sheets, or expensive consultants who charged by the hour. Physical inventory counts were dreaded events that consumed entire weekends and still produced questionable results.
We founded InventoryWare to change that. We took everything we learned from enterprise implementations and distilled it into tools that solve the core problems without the complexity. There are no six-month implementations, no dedicated IT staff, and no per-user licensing that punishes you for involving your whole team.
InventoryWare Count is our first product: structured physical inventory counting. Your team counts on the phones they already carry, and the variance report exports to Excel or PDF.
