Our Services include inventory counting, warehouse management, and related business tools.
This Policy applies to all users of the Services, including account administrators, team members, and any individual who interacts with our websites or applications. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us
Account Information.When you create an account or are invited to join an organization's account, we collect your name, email address, and role assignment. If you are the account administrator, we also collect your company name and business contact information.
Payment Information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information including name, billing address, and payment card details. Payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
Business Data.In the course of using the Services, you and your team members may enter, upload, or import business data including warehouse locations, part and product information, inventory quantities, count plans and results, variance data, photographs, notes, and reports. We refer to this collectively as "Customer Content."
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device and Technical Information. When you use the Services, we may automatically collect information about the device and software you use, including device type, operating system and version, application version, browser type, IP address, and device identifiers.
Usage Information. We may collect information about how you interact with the Services, including features used, pages viewed, actions taken, session duration, and login frequency.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing and Operating the Services. Processing your data to deliver the core functionality of the Services.
